Joan Domeck Community Connections Passes
Patrons are responsible for checking and verifying the hours and schedule of participating organizations. Hours change seasonally for some organizations. Passes cannot be used for special or ticketed events.
Adult patrons with Twinsburg Public Library cards, with library accounts in good standing, can reserve passes.
To Pick up and Return your Pass: The library card holder who reserved the pass, must be the one to pick it up on the same card used for reservation. Go to the Adult Information Desk to pick up the pass. Return the pass to the Adult Information Desk. DO NOT put passes in the bookdrop.
Fines: $1.00 per day for late returns. $80.00 for replacement.
Limit: Patrons may reserve one pass per month per organization. This means that you can check out a zoo pass and an art museum pass in the same month. You may not check out two zoo passes in a single month.
Mobile Hotspots
Adult patrons with Twinsburg Public Library cards, with library accounts in good standing, can reserve hotspots.
To Pick up and Return your hotspot: The library card holder who reserved the hotspot, must be the one to pick it up on the same card used for reservation. Go to the Computer Lab desk to pick up the hotspot. Return the hotspot to the Computer Lab desk. DO NOT put them in the bookdrop.
Fines: $5 per day late fee, $10 fee if returned in the bookdrop or to another library, and $150 replacement cost.
Limit: Patrons may reserve one per month..
