Many museums have changed their hours and ticketing policies due to COVID-19. As of August 2021, many museums are once again requiring that all visitors wear masks. Make sure to check the museum's website for up to date hours, ticketing information, and safety policies before reserving your pass.

Returnable passes still need to be checked out the day before or day of use, and dropped in the book drop before we open the day after their usage date. One-use coupons for museums that require visitors to reserve tickets in advance can be picked up two weeks in advance of the usage date (or later).

If you reserve a physical museum pass, you can pick it up in person, or through curbside pickup.  Current hours and curbside pickup instructions can be found on our website.  If you have any questions, please call us at 781-834-5535 or email mapickup@ocln.org.
