To reserve a pass, click "Request Pass" and complete the form. You will need a valid C/W Mars library card and a PIN.

Only library patrons 18 years or older are able to reserve and check out museum passes. 

Patrons may only use one museum pass per day and book no more than four passes in a month. 

Passes may be picked-up the day before or the day of your reservation. 

To avoid fees, passes must be returned before the next day’s opening hour. Passes can be placed in the outdoor book drop. 

A $5 per day fee is assessed for all passes returned late. 

A fee of $5 is assessed to patrons who reserve a pass and fail to pick it up. 

A $10 charge will be assessed to patrons for all returnable museum passes lost.

Each Mass Audubon pass admits up to 4 people at $2.00 per person to any Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary.  Children under 2 are admitted free.  Included with pass is a guide booklet to all Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuaries which must also be returned.
