Museum Passes

To reserve a pass, click "Request Pass" and complete the form. You will need a valid C/W Mars library card and a PIN.

Only library patrons 18 years or older are able to reserve and check out museum passes. 

Patrons may only use one museum pass per day and book no more than four passes in a month. 

Passes may be picked-up the day before or the day of your reservation. Passes not picked up by noon on the reservation date will be released to other patrons.

To avoid fees, passes must be returned before the next day’s opening hour. Passes can be placed in the outdoor book drop. 

A $5 per day fee is assessed for all passes returned late. 

A $10 charge will be assessed to patrons for all returnable museum passes lost.

The Telescope Kit is available to any Marlborough resident with a C/W Mars Library card, age 18 and older with a library account in good standing. A library card is required to check out the telescope.
The kit is loaned for two weeks with no renewals, and a $10.00 per day late fee. If the telescope is not picked up on the reservation date, the reservation will be cancelled. Please allow for 15 minutes for pickup, during which we will fill out a borrower agreement and show you how to unpack and set up the telescope.

The Telescope kit includes:
-Orion StarBlast Reflector Telescope with attached EZ Finder targeting system and Explorer II zoom eyepiece
-Telescope instruction manual and stargazing tips
-National Audubon Society pocket guide to constellations
-Red and white light headlamp
-Skygazer’s Almanac map
