Borrowers must be Shelton residents 18 years or older and have a valid Shelton library card.

All passes go out for a 2-day loan period.

One pass may be loaned or reserved at a time. Passes may not be renewed.

Overdue charges are $2 per day. Replacement cost applies if pass is lost.

Patrons may reserve a pass up to two weeks ahead of time. If the pass is not picked up by the end of the first day of the reserve, the pass may be loaned to another patron.

Passes MUST be returned inside the loaning library, to a staff member. They cannot be returned to any other library, and cannot be dropped in the bookdrop. A fine of $5 will be charged for Huntington Branch passes not returned inside the Huntington Branch Library.
