ChairFit/Chair YogaFit Flow Class

Mary Ellen More is a certified Level 1 YogaFit instructor and has completed Exercise Design for Seniors training.

She will alternate weeks, teaching a ChairFit class on & off the chair (cardio, weights, stretch bands, balls and balance) and a Chair YogaFit Flow class (designed in and out of the chair that alternates flex with flow: strength training with total body stretching along with deep breathing).

For the ChairFit class please bring a set of free weights (bands and balls will be provided.) No equipment is necessary for the Chair YogaFit Flow class.

All levels of fitness are welcome!  There is no charge and no registration is necessary

Journey into Ikibana - the centuries old art of arranging flowers
Presenter Ahrayah Julian of Willow & Moss Flowers will present a demonstration of Ikebana style design. You will learn some basic principles of this contemplative floral design style. Join us for this hour of beauty and take home some skills and knowledge for your practice at home.

Come learn how to listen to audiobooks, read eBooks, and check out movies, music, and more, right from your smart device! Please bring the device (phone, tablet, iPad, etc.) you'd like to use the app with, and your library card number and PIN/password.
