Emotional Freedom Technique for Stress Relief

Rena Gaudin joins us for a worskhop on the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). EFT can effectively relieve the feelings of anger, frustration, fear, anxiety, and hopelessness that arise from stress. Tapping movements on the same energy meridians that are used in traditional acupuncture produce similar results without the use of needles, and can also help relieve and reduce pain and cravings in addition to overall stress levels.

Attendees will learn the basics of how to use this organic system to relieve stress and increase feelings of well-being during this interactive presentation. You will be guided to consciously use the five senses and tapping to rapidly create change in the same way in which the nervous system does.

No registration is required for this program. Please call the Reference Desk at 440-988-4230 with any questions.

Rena Gaudin has been using and sharing EFT since 2004 and envisions it in use in schools, businesses, and at home. In addition to being an EFT Practioner, Rena is an Holistic Health Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist. She recently developed the program TART: Tapping ART for Stress Relief.
