Paws for a Cause with Animal Friends
11:00 AM - 11:45 AM

We welcome Animal Friends back to the library for our fall program lineup! Children will have the opportunity to meet and read aloud to an approved literacy cat or dog, hear stories and participate in a literacy activity.  Readers of all ages and abilities are welcomed! Because all visits are on a volunteer basis, we ask all participants to bring along one item from the Animal Friends Supply Drive list which can be found here.  Registration required.

Saturdays at 11:00 am: September 23, October 28, November 18 and December 16 (as part of our Spirit of the Season Holiday Party)

Teen Team Build
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Put your love of creating, engineering and design to work as your help out our library! We are looking for your creativity as you use our materials to build large-sized games, create a spooky mini golf course, and design challenges of your own that we can use during special programming! Registration required.

Bouncing Babies and Books

This storytime, for babies birth-24 months, will include books, songs, musical instruments, scarves, parachutes and bubbles along with baby playtime/socialization following storytime! Meet new caregivers or meet up with old friends while starting your baby on the rewarding road to reading! No registration required.

Monday Morning Moms

We are happy to announce the formation of our first caregiver/child playgroup for children birth-3 years! We will meet once a month, participate in a take-home project along with a lot of play time with our new sand and water table, as well as fun learning, building and educational toys.  It’s a great way to socialize, meet new caregivers and for your child to meet new friends! Kindness Rocks

Join The Kindness Rocks Project movement and gather for a night of rock painting and bringing kindness to others! Students in grades 2-5 will be painting inspirational rocks that you will be able to leave for others to find to brighten their day.  We will provide the rocks, you will provide the creativity! Bring along some inspirational sayings, quotes or ideas for your rocks. Registration required.

Brushes Before Bedtime Family Art Night

Join us for a night of family art using various techniques and leave with a masterpiece designed by your entire family! We will provide all of the supplies and art smocks...your family provides the creativity and fun! No age limit requirements.  A “how to draw” segment will be included in each program.  Registration required for each class.
