The Baldwin Borough Public Library is inviting children in grades K-12 to join us in learning and creating a wire sculpture that speaks of your individualism, your passion, your hobby, your cause, your life or anything that represents YOU! The program will be led by a local community artist who will lead participants virtually in the art of wire sculpting. We would like the collective finished products to represent our community's vision: that through our uniqueness, our community is collectively stronger when we work side-by-side and together. We will be asking participants to return their completed works to the library to display to the public before returning them to each creator to keep.
The library will be providing all needed supplies in the form of sculpting kits which can be picked up by visiting the library beginning Monday, May 3. Please register, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you prior to the program.
Participants in Grades K-5 can join us via Zoom on Friday, May 7 at 6:30 pm (visit our May 7 events to register for this session)
Participants in Grades 6-12 can join us via Zoom on Saturday, May 8 at 6:30 pm
