One Book, Every Young Child Author Visit

We are honored to have been chosen to host children’s book author and illustrator Micha Archer! Her latest picture book, Daniel Finds a Poem, has been chosen as the 2017 Pennsylvania One Book, Every Young Child selection.  Ms. Archer’s visit is geared toward preschool-aged children and is free and open to the public, as well as to preschool groups wishing to attend as a field trip.  Each child in attendance will receive a free copy of this book in addition to meeting the author, getting their book autographed, and related activities. Members of the Baldwin Board of Trustees are volunteers who donate their time and service to the library and it’s role in the community. The Board sets policy, fiscal goals and strategic direction in support of the Library’s mission and vision.

Baldwin Borough Public Library's Board of Trustees is composed of seven citizens of the community, appointed by Baldwin Borough Council. They serve 3-year terms and may be reappointed. The Board meets monthly at 7pm on the third Thursday of each month at the Library and all meetings are open to the public.
