All good things must come to an end and our summer reading program does too... but not without a big bash!! The Friends of the Beaman Library are sponsoring this special night for families. Kevin Kopchynski will give an up-close demo of rock identification with the aid of magnified projector images, and you can try your skills in a hands-on tour of several rock identification stations. This program is intended for ages 12 to adult, but younger children with a strong interest in rocks may enjoy attending with their parent(s).
