This class gets your heart rate up with cardio fitness — but those who choose not to do huge impact may turn it down a notch with the same movement, but moving in a much slower, steady pace. We'll do interval training cardio, followed by stretching, with a focus on balance and posture, and then move to back to cardio. Join this interval training workout!

Calling all aspiring young writers to hear from and meet Zoe!
Hello! My name is Zoe Greenberg, I’m seventeen (a rising senior, thank goodness– junior year is rough),
and the author of the newly published fantasy book, Vie and the Bear Under the Tree! Vie follows the story of a
young girl– Lucia– who finds a tunnel to an alternate spirit-dimension. This newly-discovered realm is host to an
armada of odd creatures– talking hares, women with three eyes, sentient trees, fairy-people– and also a dark secret:
a spirit, necessary for their survival, was stolen in infancy by a cult who means to prey on the realm and take control
of all those who live within it. Lucia’s job, now, is to find this lost spirit, and stop the cult in the process. I began writing
Vie in middle school and, after four years, finished it at the end of my junior year! I sincerely hope that, assuming you
read Vie (which of course you’re very compelled to do after coming across this ground-breaking ad), you thoroughly enjoy it!
The first 10 registrants will receive a copy of the book and have it signed by the author!

While there are around 5,300 colleges and universities in the United States, many students set their sights on just a handful. This group often includes the most highly selective institutions, such as Stanford and MIT, and usually includes one, some, or all of the eight Ivy League colleges. Dr. P. – herself a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard – will describe key actions that middle and high school students can take to make themselves competitive for admission to one of these institutions.
