Come still the waters of your mind in a supportive, friendly group through mindful meditation! Regular meditation has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and to enhance focus and wellbeing.

This group meets in the Lincoln Gallery on the first and third Thursdays of each month, from 2:00-3:00 PM. No registration is required. This group is intended for adults, but anyone who can participate is welcome.

Pop Classics: 'Die Hard'

 Tonight we'll view Die Hard (1988), directed by John McTiernan. Bruce Willis stars as John McClane, an off-duty police officer who must face off against a cabal of terrorists holding hostages at a holiday office party.
