Put more life back in your life! If you are an adult with a chronic health condition or are a caregiver for someone who has a chronic illness, you can participate in the Better Choices, Better Health program.

This free series of workshops will run six consecutive Thursdays, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting April 19. The program is focused on helping  you learn strategies to manage your symptoms and have an improved quality of life.
