Songs, Stories and Socialization

Join Miss Leslie in a "Songs, Stories and Socialization" playgroup; Children will experience "free play' at the beginning of playgroup, which will help children learn social skills through cooperation, sharing, taking turns, and problem-solving.

Ages 2.9-5 only please. Check Self-Help, Inc. calendar for other age appropriate classes!

Circle time allows your child to practice routine, follow the rules, and connect. Craft time will help develop fine motor skills and encourage critical thinking.

Social settings can be overwhelming for some, and children will have an opportunity to sit beside their parents or caregiver or sit independently during circle time. As the weeks go on, even the shyest child typically gets comfortable and social interactions will be less of an overload for the child. Seeing the child's comfort level and confidence increase each week is remarkable.

Preschool Playgroup

Join Miss Leslie in a Preschool playgroup; Children will experience "free play' at the beginning of playgroup, which will help children learn social skills through cooperation, sharing, taking turns, and problem-solving.
