Enjoy relaxing the body and opening the heart, mind and spirit. Experience classic asanas (postures), meditation, music and chanting in a safe, supportive environment. Learn how to make a mosaic art piece using ceramic tiles and specialty pieces. Experience is not required. All you need is a little imagination and the willingness to have some fun.
