APPOINTMENTS ARE NECESSARY!!

The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and the Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) Programs offer free tax help for taxpayers who qualify.

The VITA Program generally offers free tax help to people who make $54,000 or less and need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals in local communities. They can inform taxpayers about special tax credits for which they may qualify such as Earned Income Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, and Credit for the Elderly or the Disabled.

Teen will also help with set-up and clean-up after each session.

Join us for a special seven-part free educational program that empowers older adults to reduce the risks of falls.  Learn how to build strength, balance and confidence.  Exercise & movement skill is combined with education on the safe use of medications, home safety, proper footwear & vision. Registration is for all seven workshop.

This program is sponsored by the Empire Safety Council. Participants must attend BOTH classes to complete this 6-hour Defensive Driving Course. Receive 10% off Collision and Auto Liability/PIP rates on your auto insurance. There is a $28 fee payable to the Empire Safety Council (check or money order please) for these classes. Registration is required. Limited class size.
