Not only is it a gentle physical series of exercises, it also incorporates meditation. It is similar to Tai Chi in some respects. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. This is not heavy cardio, not spinning, not Zumba, no jumping around and no heavy sweating. ­ Enjoy!

Every month, It Came from the Radio will be recording a live show to go to broadcast the following week. The show can be heard on WARY88.1 (Westchester County) and can also be found online at Beyond the Dawn Studios Thursdays at 4 pm EST and Talking Alternative on Wednesdays 10 pm EST.  It Came from the Radio is the official show of the Big Apple Con.
