This Krampusnacht, we have invited a dear friend to the Fall River Public Library, and he's just dying to meet you. From 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., Dear Old Krampus will come all the way from central Europe to visit with those of you who may not have made the nice list this year. Krampus will be here in the lobby of Adult Services, just beside our Krampus tree - if you dare to meet him and find out if you have been naughty or nice.
After Thanksgiving and up until December 5th, we will also have the "Snitching Station" open on the main adult floor, where you can write in the book of Krampus to sign away the names of those who you feel have been naughty. Krampus will take care of the rest. Please note, Krampus is full up on naughty children, he will only be taking the names of naughty adults for this season.

Musician Mark Berger performs music from his acclaimed album RIDE, exploring the myths, landscapes, and people of the American West.
“Echoes the stark, evocative songs of Springsteen’s Nebraska, the cinematic tone of Mark Knopfler and the Lone Star alt-country charms of Guy Clark and Townes Van Zant.” | Direct Current
“Reads like a love letter to the American West ...one part Springsteen and one part Dylan, but with pure charisma that is all Berger.” | Jayvee, TRT! The Roundtable.com

Do you like to knit or crochet? Come join a group of fellow crafters in a good cause. On Thursday afternoons, we will meet in the Fell Room for a group yarn-crafting project. We will knit hats, scarves, and mittens to be donated to homeless shelters or other charities.
All yarn will be supplied. You can bring your own needles and patterns (we will have some extras around if you forget). It's a great way to make friends, share patterns and tips, and help people in the community stay warm this coming winter.
