There are amazing things to see all around! If you're feeling stuck at home, take an "Out & About" Virtual Field Trip with us! These Virtual field trips premier on our GLADL facebook https://www.facebook.com/GrandLedgeLibrary/  and then move to our YouTube Channel, so you can watch them at anytime:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjNsWX3U6BA&fbclid=IwAR3XD5QTVhxc_rXUnZySYsOPOMYzuPd9tQMA3GsgyVYLGQqVyJg_n5f7LD4

The Grand Ledge area hosts not one but three different Eaton County Parks facilities! From Fitzgerald Park, home to the Ledges Playhouse, pavilions, disc golf, playing fields, hiking trails and more; to Lincoln Brick Park, home to wooded hiking trails, a facility building for activities and the ruins of the  scenic and historically interesting  Lincoln Brick Company, the last of five companies that made bricks here for more than a century until 1949; and Fox Memorial Park located just off  M-100 in Potterville, home to a swimming lake, pavilions, playground equipment and the Fox Park Observatory where you can come to watch the stars and planets!

Come join us for a guided tour from Eaton County Parks Naturalist Jackie Blanc, as she shows us some of the highlights to be found in these special parks.

If you're ready to get out and about, you can visit these Eaton County Parks too! Most parks are open daily-- visit the Eaton County Parks page for up-to-the-minute information: http://eatoncounty.org/206/Parks-Recreation
