Discovering Our Inner Essence Through Awareness

April 27:  Practicing the Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

* Seeing the world in the present moment
* freeing ourselves from "enslavement to the mind"
* living with awareness/consciousness on a daily basis

May 18: Rising Strong by Brene Brown

Rising Strong is a book about what it takes to get back up when we fall, and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending.

June 8:  Happier by Tal Ben-Shahar

Grounded in the revolutionary "positive psychology" movement, Ben-Shahar combines scientific studies, scholarly research, self-help advice, and spiritual enlightenment principles that you can apply to your daily life.
