In this introduction to hydrosols, you will learn through demonstration how hydrosols are made and how to use them. Everyone will leave with a sample size spray bottle with a scented Hydrosol. Lavender, mint, rosemary hydrosols are infused water-based products, obtained through the steam distillation process used to create essential oil. It has a bright botanical smell, lighter than essential oil.
Lavender Hydrosol can be used as a spray for your body, pillows, linens, room or car. In this pure lightly scented form it can serve as a gentle surface and glass cleaner and can even be used on dogs as a coat spray, or on your own hair. I wish I’d killed whoever decided our family reunion should be at a ski resort, but it’s a little more complicated than that. Have I killed someone? Yes. I have. Who was it?"
