LUDINGTON: Meditation Time for Kids
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Children's Story Time Room - 10am Friday, April 26th.
Bizette and Maria are a mother/daughter duo who just wrote a children’s book about meditation. They love to empower children through meditation to take control of their emotions instead of their emotions controlling them. Bizette and Maria use yoga, meditation and mindfulness games and breathing techniques to guide children to find their power. Teaching children how to handle big emotions at a young age is just a gift so they grow into happier and healthier adults. All ages welcome.
