Pumpernickel Puppet shows are presented with a cast of colorful puppet characters, audience participation, live voices and sound effects and fast paced scripts that not only entertain, but stimulate children's imagination and creativity. A Taste of Tai Chi

"A  Taste of Tai Chi " is an introduction to the wonderful world of tai chi.  Participants will learn simple exercises to help improve balance, increase joint mobility, and enhance circulation.  In addition, basic Qi Gong (energy work), and some tai chi movements will be taught in this one hour workshop.

Leda has twenty five years of extensive experience teaching, competing and performing Tai Chi internationally, and nationally, and is also trained as a Reiki Master. She currently teaches workshops and master classes in mind/body wellness and sees clients for private training and healing sessions at her studio.  Leda's goal is to work together with libraries, schools, organizations and businesses in the community to promote healthy and harmonious lifestyle change through her workshops/talks group classes and private consultations.

Melissa's kids yoga class includes gratitude and positive affirmation activities, slow breathing to calm their minds/bodies, fun yoga poses set to music, and take-home mindful coloring activities.
