Anger is an expression of inner pain; an indication that all is not well in our inner world. It is one of the most powerful and destructive emotions.  How can we change the anger within and use our energy in more positive ways? What do we do to go beyond the anger and step on to a pathway of peace?

In this insight session, explore how our thoughts and beliefs create the anger we hold within. Learn to change our thinking patterns and to turn our thoughts in the direction of peace in our hearts.

Facilitated by library staff member Leena, a 10 year practitioner of Rajyoga meditation, delivers youth and adult programs on values and facilitates workshops on topics such as Harmony in Relationships, Stress Free Living, & more. She conducts classes at different Brahmakumaris locations including Piscataway New Jersey and at Peace Village Retreat Center in New York.
