Attitude of Gratitude Insight Session
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
It’s not happiness that brings us GRATITUDE. It’s gratitude that brings us HAPPINESS. The root of joy is gratefulness. "To say we feel grateful is not to say that everything in our lives is necessarily great. It just means we are aware of our blessings." ~Dr. Robert Emmons

Gratitude helps us realize what we have and this can lessen our need for always wanting more. In this session, facilitated by library staff member Leena, a 10 year practitioner of Rajyoga meditation, we will discuss different ways to cultivate an attitude of gratitude.

Facilitated by library staff member Leena, a 10 year practitioner of Rajyoga meditation, delivers youth and adult programs on values and facilitates workshops on topics such as Harmony in Relationships, Stress Free Living, & more. She conducts classes at different Brahmakumaris locations including Piscataway New Jersey and at Peace Village Retreat Center in New York.
