Oversized plastic building blocks will be out for kids to play with in cooperation with others who are present.  Children may need to take turns. Join Honor Yoga’s Brittany as we learn about the five elements making up our earth, our bodies, and our hearts and how to use each element effectively to facilitate healthy change that affects the entire world!

We’ll tune into our breathing, and use yoga poses to explore each element on our own and also with partner and group yoga exercises.  Light, allergen-free aromatherapy scents will complement the practice, drawing attention to the common experience as well as facilitating healthy focus.

Each month, children will get to explore their creativity with a hands-on, open-ended art project using a variety of paints, markers, crayons, glue, and more!

No two masterpieces will look the same and children may work at their own pace (projects make take 10 – 30 minutes depending on the child).

Let your child’s imagination soar (and most importantly, have fun!)
