Admissions 201: Highly Selective College Admissions (Grades 10 & 11)
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What does it take to get admitted to the most selective schools in the country? Stanford admitted just 4.8% of all freshmen applicants in the fall of 2016. Harvard admitted 5.3%. Our presentation will shed light on how students who are accepted to the nation’s most selective colleges set themselves apart from other highly impressive applicants.

You’ll gain unique perspectives from people who've seen thousands of applications - and hopefully improve your chances of admission at these colleges. While we don't believe that prestigious colleges are necessarily better, we want students who are interested in these schools to have straight answers about what it will really take to have a shot at getting in.

Please note: this program is intended for students and their parents in Grade 10 and 11.

Collegewise has become the nation’s largest college counseling organization and we’re out to change the way that families approach the college admissions process. We think this should be an exciting time for students and parents. Since our founding in 1999, Collegewise has helped more than 10,000 students gain admission to hundreds of universities. Our team of counselors has a remarkable track record of helping students find, apply to, and be admitted to their best fit colleges. This level of guidance and expertise is why Collegewise is the nation’s largest college counseling company. Vincent H. Valenzuela runs the Princeton- NJ office. He is an alum of West Windsor- Plainsboro HS’s South campus and a former Assistant Director of Admissions at Villanova University (PA).
