Rise In Love Insight Session
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

When we think of love we mostly think of receiving it from outside. Let’s try to shift our focus from receiving to giving and see how our life changes for the better. Many times we put conditions on our love. Other times we give our love in measures. We give more to some and less to others. Of course we have our reasons for behaving in such a manner but is it really for the best? Join us as we explore together what love really is and how to create loving relationships with everyone at home, work or anywhere else.

Facilitated by library staff member Leena, a 10 year practitioner of Rajyoga meditation, delivers youth and adult programs on values and facilitates workshops on topics such as Harmony in Relationships, Stress Free Living, & more. She conducts classes at different Brahmakumaris locations including Piscataway New Jersey and at Peace Village Retreat Center in New York.

Registration suggested. Click the Register button, or call the library for information or to register. Please call if you need to cancel.
