Women's Workshop - Survival Tips for Harsh Work Environments - VIRTUAL
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Unfortunately, workplace bullying, being marginalized, burnout from overwork and discrimination is on
the rise. Currently, 43% of the US workforce reports some type of hostile and negative behavior at their
work. This type of negative environment can intensely affect our physical and mental health. These
environments and the poor treatment associated with them can leave us feeling mentally and physically
drained, discouraged, questioning our capabilities and feeling filled with anxiety, low self-esteem,
loneliness and the urge to isolate.

Join workplace stress expert psychologist Dr. Jacqueline Vorpahl and award-winning career and
executive coach Suzanne Blake for an interactive and rejuvenation webinar designed to help you:

1. Learn and apply evidence and brain science-based techniques to calm your overactive emotions
and regain some of your emotional sturdiness.
2. Start to understand the type and degree of poor behavior you are experiencing.
3. Know what your rights are and how to approach your Human Resources Department
4. Learn methods to determine if you should stay in your current environment or leave
5. If you do plan to leave your job, what should the first steps in your job hunt be?

Participants will leave this workshop feeling more refreshed, hopeful, prepared to ease and mitigate
their stress, and with an action plan with a clear path to move forward!
