She will provide background, support tips and answer any questions! We will meet on the 3rd Thursdays of every month. Yin Yoga is slow-paced and meditative in nature and serves to complement to more active yoga (Yang) styles. Yin Yoga emphasizes passive postures held for several minutes at a time, with muscles in a relaxed state.
