Young Adult Summer Reading Registration

Senior Medical ID Cards

The Sheriff’s Office will be at the library to issue Medical ID Cards to assist seniors or those with medical needs to keep all required medical information available on a small card with their photo, which they can carry in case of emergency.

The Sheriff's Department will be at the library to offer their Yellow Dot program, which assists citizens during the most critical times of emergency care - following a traffic crash - when they may not be able to communicate their needs themselves. Placing a Yellow Dot decal in your vehicle's rear window alerts first responders to check your glove compartment for vital information to ensure you receive the medical attention you need. ​

The card is made in less than ten minutes and can be carried in the parent’s wallet or pocketbook. With the parents’ consent, the information gathered is also digitally recorded and stored in a database at the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) in Albany to be used when issuing a NYS AMBER Alert.  No registration necessary.

Frank Chillemi presents an acoustic-guitar/vocal concert containing a mixture of contemporary, traditional country music, some folk songs and selections from the great American songbook. 

This concert will be held outdoors in our parking lot. Please bring a camp chair, or you are also welcome to remain in your car. Adverse weather may require indoor concerts. Please register.
