Registrations are now being accepted for a nine-week course on weight control and healthful eating called The Art of Weight Control which will be held at the Northborough Free Library starting on September 27th @ 10:00 a.m.

The Art of Weight Control is a 9-week series of classes designed to help anyone to lose or control weight, while choosing healthy, anti-inflammatory foods for good health.  Healthy choices with regard to physical activity, stress management, and time management will also be covered, since these are closely related to dietary choices and weight.  There will be a small side of appreciation for fine art paintings that relate to the topics in the class!

Here are the topics that will be covered in each class, along with the dates:

Class 1 – Getting Started with Weight Control               September 27th @ 10:00 a.m.
