Notary Refresher Workshop

Notary Public Educator Barbara Marion Horn, M.A., will share her knowledge and experience with library staff currently holding a notary public license. This workshop reviews core obligations as sworn notary public officials, provides opportunity to share situations you were unsure of, and deepens your understanding of the NYS Notary Public License Law.
