Calling all budding architects, creative minds, and Lego enthusiasts! Test your building skills by creating a nature themed Lego structure!
From towering trees and majestic mountains to delicate flowers and bustling ecosystems, this month's LEGO Challenge encourages participants to explore the diversity and beauty of nature through the medium of LEGO bricks. Whether you're an experienced LEGO builder or new to the world of brick construction, this challenge offers a creative outlet for all ages and skill levels.
Participants will have 2 hours to build a nature structure out of Legos. At the end of the program, everyone will receive a photo of their Lego Build to take home!

Find out which items should be placed into your recycling bin (What’s IN) and which items belong elsewhere (What’s OUT)! Sherill Baldwin from the CT Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) will provide an overview of acceptable materials in CT’s mixed recycling program. They will answer questions about recycling and trash.

Healthy fruits, herbs, and vegetables begin with the right soil! Come learn about the soil pH, what does lime do, type of fertilizer, conventional and organic. Learn, from agricultural extension agent George McCleary, how to perform a soil test and the benefits of earthworms, bacteria, and fungi in soil.

None of us wants to be the victim of identity theft, lose our important data, or find that our computer has become infected. In this class, we will talk about the threats that are lurking and how to do our best to stay safe online, from firewalls to phishing, social engineering to security software, ransomware to malware, backups to updates, and passwords to popups.
