Newborn Infants - 18 month olds, along with a parent/caregiver, are invited to join Miss Tammy for a fun-filled story time with books, songs, rhymes, instruments, parchutes, scarf play, and even bubbles!  Bring a blanket, as we will be outside on the library lawn for the next couple months.  Registration is required.  Register online at plumlibrary.org.
