VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (Currently in grades 5 & up) for our library’s Spring Into Reading Carnival scheduled for Monday, April 13, 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m. Rain cancels. Applications will be available starting Monday, February 10 at the library in the Children’s Room, by email, and on Facebook. Applications will be due by Monday, March 16. Carnival spots are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and they may all be filled before the March 16 due date. Applications from Facebook and through email need to be completed and then emailed back to us in a timely manner. For further information, please contact the Children’s Services Staff at 735-4133 X12 or X13. Our email address is kids@plainedgelibrary.org. Volunteers will receive a certificate of the hours they have helped at the library. The certificate should be kept in a safe place for the volunteer's records. Going forward, we will no longer be keeping records of volunteer hours at the library.

where they are each day on the continuum between wellness and illness, and education and early
intervention that promotes wellness can lead to better outcomes.  This training aims to increase basic
knowledge of mental health, reduce stigma, and to promote wellness, treatment seeking behavior, 
recovery, and self-care.
