Join us for a special online Community Knit session!

Every Thursday, share tips with a fun, casual group of knitters via Zoom. Come share a love of knitting and crocheting.  Bring your project and materials, and socialize with others.

Trying a new stitch? Someone might be able to guide you.  All are welcome, from beginners to advanced.

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM

This week our teen program will be learning to play Dungeons and Dragons online using Fantasy Grounds Unity! No experience with either Dungeons and Dragons or Fantasy Grounds is required to participate. You do not need to purchase anything, just sign up for a "demo account" and you'll be able to join our server with full access! For questions or just to talk about D&D with library staff/other teens visit our discord server (work in progress). https://discord.gg/TFVt5NC

Looking for legal advice, but having trouble paying lawyer fees? If you have questions or a case that involves immigration law, family law, consumer rights, personal injury, or a landlord/tenant conflict, you can sign up to meet with a volunteer attorney for 20 minutes regarding your case. To book your appointment, please call the Information Desk at (860) 447-1411 ext 5.

Please bring any case-related materials you have to the meeting so that the attorney can provide their best assistance.

Virtual Food Talk with Snap4CT: Healthy Holiday Swaps
5:30 PM - 6:15 PM

Join us for a special holiday-themed health workshop with Catalina Quesada!  At this virtual event sponsored by Snap4CT, we will discuss ways we can improve our diets while still enjoying our favorite holiday dishes.  Leave with ideas you can use to make your holiday recipes more healthy, without losing that great taste!
