Friends of Plumb Library Tent Sale

The Friends of Plumb Library will be holding their first-ever Tent Sale on the Town Green from 10-2 on Saturday, August 18.  There will be used books, CDs, DVDs, and games for sale, along with an Accessories Table and a Bake Sale.  There will be live music periodically throughout the day.  Volunteers are needed to help move boxes of books .  Call the library if you're interested.

Come meet the author of "Seven Miles After Sundown: Surfcasting for Striped Bass Along the World-Famous Cape Cod Canal" by East End Eddie Doherty.  The author, a recently retired Deistric Court Clerk-Magistrate, has included humorours anecdotes, personal stories, and breath-taking photographs by photographer John Doble.  Books will be available for purchase and signing.
