Tuesday Night Movie - The Glass Castle (PG-13)
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

An all-star cast shines in this inspiring film based on the best-selling memoir of the same name by Jeannette Walls.  Jeannette (Brie Larson) had a poor but wildly adventurous childhood, raised by her free-spirited father (Woody Harrelson) and her mother (Naomi Watts), an eccentric artist. But when her father's behavior becomes increasingly erratic, Jeannette must find the courage to live on her own terms in this uplifting story of unconditional love. This amazing true story has made the book a perennial title on school summer reading lists - so we are showing it this month in honor of the coming of summer!

Enjoy the movie with free popcorn!

Tuesday Night Movie - Little Shop of Horrors
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Rick Moranis plays nerdy Seymour Krelborn in this lavish 1986 musical based on the Broadway Play. Seymour works in a rundown flower shop on Skid Row. While his boss (Vincent Gardenia) bemoans the lack of business, Seymour seeks a way of bringing the shop -- and himself -- fame and fortune. He purchases a strange plant from an even stranger oriental street vendor (Vincent Wong), naming the plant after his girlfriend Audrey (Ellen Greene). Gradually, Seymour learns to his horror that "Audrey II" (given the voice of R&B performer Levi Stubbs) craves blood and flesh. With each of Audrey II's "FEEED MEEE"s, Seymour must scare up human food to satisfy the plant's appetite. One such victim is dentist Steve Martin, a leather-jacketed Elvis type. - 1 hour, 34 minutes - Rated PG-13

Tuesday Night Movie - Oklahoma
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

The film for the first of our August Tuesday Night Movies is the classic musical Oklahoma!

2 hour, 25 minute - Rated G

Description: Rodgers and Hammerstein's 1943 Broadway musical Oklahoma was turned into a classic film version in 1955 starring Gordon MacRae, Shirley Jones, Gloria Grahame, and Rod Steiger. The story can be boiled down to a single sentence: a girl must decide between the two suitors who want to take her to a social. In her movie debut, 19-year-old Shirley Jones plays Laurie, an Oklahoma farm gal who is courted by boisterous cowboy Curley (Gordon MacRae) and by menacing, obsessive farm hand Jud Frye (Rod Steiger). Fearing that Jud will do something terrible to Curley, Laurie accepts Jud's invitation to the box social. But it's Curley who rescues Laurie from Jud's unwanted advances, and in so doing wins her hand. On the eve of their wedding, Laurie and Curley are menaced by the drunken Jud. During a fight with Curley, Jud falls on his own knife and is killed. Songs include Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin', Surrey with the Fringe on Top, People Will Say We're In Love, I Cain't Say No, and the rousing title song.
