Bus Trip: Liberty Island, Ellis Island and Lunch in Little Italy

Seaford Library/School District residents only on the first day of registration.  Pay by check only. No refunds unless a substitute can be found from the waiting list.

Cost: $82 per person (includes tickets, lunch & driver gratuity)

Join us as we take a coach bus to Battery Park and then a ferry to Liberty Island and Ellis Island. On Liberty Island, visit the New Museum of the Statue of Liberty and explore the grounds.  Visit the Ellis Island National Museum of Immigration which documents immigrants’ experiences as well as the Wall of Honor. There will be self-paced audio tours on both Liberty Island and Ellis Island available at the information centers. You will be on your own to walk around, get a snack at either cafes, and enjoy the rich American history.  Everyone will have to be back at Battery Park by 2:45pm so we can board the bus and head to lunch at La Nonna in Little Italy.  Lunch choice to be made the day of. A light breakfast will be served on the bus.  Seats are limited. First come, first served. Registration begins Tuesday, August 20th at the Circulation Desk. *Please note: Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a small bag with you so we can get through security quickly.
