Register below, pay at the door. $15 for the first adult and child with stuffie, $5 for each additional person. Children 2 and under are free.

Come back on Saturday morning for a light BREAKFAST and find out what your stuffed animal friends were up to while you were gone.

Scrabble.  Join us for a friendly game of Scrabble. Bring a snack for yourself and a Scrabble board, if you have one. No registration. No fee. This weekly program will be held in the meeting room next to the library.

Ages 3.5 to 6 years old

Story Time Chess Level 1 is designed to teach chess basics through the power of stories.

This first 8 week session introduces children to the "characters", chess pieces and how they move and capture.The session also stresses the importance of chess manners, such as taking turns and saying, "good game" at the end of each session. 

(Level 2 of Story Time Chess begins to teach chess strategy through the power of stories.)

Ages 3.5 - 6 years

Story Time Chess is designed to teach children the game of chess through the power of stories.

Level 2 is an 8 week session for children who already know the characters (game pieces) of chess and would like to learn strategy and the power of learning and thinking through stories.
