We invite babies through 2 years olds (with caretaker) to chime right in to this music and dance class.  We will start by "Shaking Out Our Sillies."  We will read a few just released board books.  Next, everyone will get the chance to break out the musical instruments for tons of fun as the kids get to shake and shimmy to Rockabye Baby!  Your babies will love to move their feet, legs, tummies, hands and heads to the music!

We will integrate yoga flow with gentler hatha yoga and pose work; connecting our breath with movement to increase flexibility and strength as well as body awareness. Come join us and you will soon discover a new you both on and off the mat. You will be guaranteed a wonderful night's sleep! Please bring your own mat, water and a hand towel.
