Whether you’re actively playing or your ukulele is gathering dust in a corner, now is the time to remember why you started! Join us for an End of Year Ukulele Circle at the Seekonk Library on Wednesday, December 8 at 6 PM. For players only, no audience, this ukulele circle provides an opportunity for you to play again in front of a supportive group of your peers. Choose a fun song (one or more, with or without singing) that describes your year or a favorite from this pandemic season and get ready to play your best! This program will be moderated by librarian Michelle Gario.
No ukulele? No problem! Borrow a ukulele and a beginner’s book from the library ahead of time and prepare your song! Need help selecting a song? Search online for ukulele song collections such as Doctor Uke or the San Jose Uke Club.
Register now in the Events Calendar at www.seekonkpl.org/events.
