Coloring club for adults is a relaxing way to start the week. Find you inner artist using pens, pencils and many different coloring pages. We provide the materials or you can bring your own. Coloring club takes place every Monday from 12-2 in the Reference Room.
This weekly drop-in program will allow children to create Lego masterpieces. Lego's at the library is aimed at children between the ages of 5-12 years and their parents or care givers. Weekly themes will be explored or you can do your own thing. Imagination required, Lego's provided.
We also have a small amount of Duplo for younger siblings.
The Tuesday Club is an informal group of family historians who meet each Tuesday from 12-2 to work. Interested in researching your family history? We can help. Whether a beginner or a family historian with years of experience, this friendly group is open to all. Use the library resources such as Ancestry.com and information from our genealogy library. Hitting a brick wall? Visit the Tuesday Club for help. January is National Hobby Month. Genealogy can be a lifelong hobby.
THe Write Club meets every Tuesday from 4-5PM. For creative writers ages 8-12. Join our group as we write stories, learn new words, do word puzzles and share what we are reading, The Write club is an informal and casual writing group for young aspiring writers. Kids meet and work on fun writing exercises, discuss what they’re writing (and reading), and be inspired to make writing a daily habit.
