Librarians Discuss: What are Your Empowering Reads?

Join us on Facebook Live on the first and third Wednesdays of each month for a group of Westfield Athenaeum librarians to discuss a variety of book and life-related topics. You can either join live and be part of the discussion or watch the episode later on our Facebook page.

All readers are different, and thus what empowers us is different. What does reading an empowering or inspiring book mean to you? Have you ever read a book meant to be inspiring and found the opposite? What are some titles that have inspired, uplifted, life altered, or changed the game for you?
