The Boston Chapter of Women in Power, a group of experienced and empowering women working in the energy industry, will present a panel presentation on energy, the utility industry and various career paths available to women interested in studying engineering. This program is especially recommended for young women ages 13+ who are considering STEM careers, but all are welcome to attend.
This program is part of the Explore Tech: Engineers Make a World of Difference exhibit at the Worcester Public Library through March 9, 2018.
Explore Tech: Engineers Make a World of Difference was organized by the Space Science Institute’s National Center for Interactive Learning, the American Library Association’s Public Programs Office, the Lunar and Planetary Institute and the Afterschool Alliance. This project was made possible through the support of a grant from the National Science Foundation. The Worcester Public Library is proud to partner with the Eureka! program at Girls Inc. of Worcester and Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
