PENGUIN THEMED SCAVENGER HUNT & RIDDLE – For kids of all ages

All Day during week of December 4th – 9th 

Stop by any time during the week to do our Penguin-themed Scavenger Hunt & Riddle.

Winners will be chosen and will each get a $5 Barnes & Noble Gift card & a sheet of Marvel stickers!

Adult ChairFit/Chair YogaFit Flow Class
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Mary Ellen More is a certified Level 1 YogaFit instructor and has completed Exercise Design for Seniors training.

She will alternate weeks, teaching a ChairFit class on & off the chair (cardio, weights, stretch bands, balls and balance) and a Chair YogaFit Flow class (designed in and out of the chair that alternates flex with flow: strength training with total body stretching along with deep breathing).

For the ChairFit class please bring a set of free weights (bands and balls will be provided.) No equipment is necessary for the Chair YogaFit Flow class.

All levels of fitness are welcome!  There is no charge and no registration is necessary

Registration is required. When you register, you will be signed up for both weeks of Grandparents Storytime in December.

This group will support our grandparents in engaging in play activities that foster development, specific for their grandchild. We will enjoy stories and songs, which ignites all areas of child development and skills for school readiness, including intellectual, social-emotional, motor, language, and overall literacy.

This program is brought to us by Pathways for Parents.
