VIRTUAL - Acton for Justice: An Old Saybrook Discussion Series

This will be the first in a series of discussions focusing on social justice issues.  The first book will be Deep South, Deep North by Lottie B. Scott.  Ms. Scott will be on hand to discuss her book and her own life experiences.  Copies of the book can be borrowed from the library. The series is sponsored by; Acton Public Library, The Kate, Old Saybrook Youth and Family Services, Old Saybrook March for Justice, Old Saybrook Parks and Recreation, the Old Saybrook Public Schools and various dedicated community members. This Old Saybrook community committee will also be looking for more book title (or movie) recommendations for future discussions and will be planning a town wide read for next year. Please join us for these important conversations.
