Meditation Group

Metta or loving-kindness meditation is the practice of sending love and goodwill to yourself and to others. It is simple and easy to do, feels wonderful, and has been shown to increase experiences of positive emotions. Everyone can use more kindness and calm in their lives. Please join us, no experience necessary!
