(Virtual) Middle Grade/Young Adult Book Talk for Tweens & Teens

Join Felicia in this virtual after-school space for tweens and teens between the ages of 10-17 to hangout and socialize, work on homework together, play virtual games, or participate in activities. Special events like craft projects, group activities or games, and book talks will be held by Felicia, but participation is optional.

This week's special activity will be...  a back-to-back Middle Grade & Young Adult Book Talk!

  • 4:00-4:30PM: Middle Grade Book Talk
    • Small Spaces by Katherine Arden
  • 4:30-5:00PM: Young Adult Book Talk
    • These Witches Don't Burn by Isabel Sterling

If you would like to participate in this week's book talk(s), you can check Flint Public Library's catalog or MVLC's eBooks and audiobooks on Overdrive or Libby for copies of the titles we will be discussing! If you have placed a request for physical copies of the books, you can pick up your selections from the library via our Curbside Pick-Up service after receiving your confirmation notification.

Please note: Virtual programs are still library programs. Participants are expected to be respectful of each other and the host.
