Hedda!  A Musical Conversation:
Hedda Hopper tells her story from her Quaker upbringing, to her run as an MGM bit player, to her meteoric rise as the hat-crazed Hollywood gossip columnist. Through a series of phone conversations, songs, and chats with the audience we are made privy to: her legendary feuds with Hollywood’s elite;  right up to the Liz/Eddie/Debbie debacle…which leads to her 11th hour number expressing a moment of self doubt and regret. But ultimately the old Hedda returns and raises her voice in triumph.
Jillann Gabrielle is a highly skilled and successful cabaret and musical theatre singer, actress, comedienne, host/MC, creator/writer/producer, and a vocal/acting/voice over instructor.  She became a writer about ten years ago and has created five original solo musicals on:  Hedda Hopper, Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford & Bette Davis, Princess Diana, and Jackie Onassis.  She is constantly on the road performing them (and also has video performances which she has marketing during the Covid restrictions).  She has also written two screenplays and is negotiating the sale of one on Hedda Hopper.
